Free FedEx 2 Day Shipping on any Jewelry Purchase of $500 or more. We also offer Overnight Shipping for an extra shipping fee. A signature upon delivery is required for Jewelry Purchases of $500 or more.
Jewelry Purchases under $500 will be shipped via USPS for a minimal fee of $10. No signature is required.
You will receive a purchase confirmation via email once your credit card information has been verified and authenticated. You can expect our in-stock items to ship the same or next business day. Special orders require additional time for processing and cannot ship same day.
USPS: Arrives in 1-3 business days after shipping from Quality Gem. FedEx 2-Day: Arrives within 2 business days after shipping from Quality Gem. FedEx Overnight: Arrives next business day after shipping from Quality Gem.
How Do I Return An Item?
Purchases can be returned directly to our store in person. If you'd like to ship your return back simply call 203-748-4239 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Securely package your item(s) in their original box. Ship your purchase to the following address: QG 74 Stony Hill Road Bethel, CT 06801
(Please do not put Quality Gem on the package.)
You will be responsible for paying your own non-refundable shipping costs for returns. If you are shipping an item, we highly recommend a trackable shipping service AND shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a signature confirmation.
Refunds are permitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Store credit is permitted within 60 days from date of purchase. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. No returns after 60 days.
All refunds will be processed within two weeks and issued in the same payment method as the original purchase.
Refunds, exchanges or credits are not permitted on special orders, personalized jewelry, custom jewelry, gift certificates, and sale items.
Layaways will be held for a maximum of 90 days. Quality Gem is not responsible for repairs or jewelry left over 30 days.
