Payment

• We accept all major credit cards.
• Layaways are accepted and will be held for 90 days.
• Financing is available for those who qualify.
• Trade up on diamonds purchased from Quality Gem of 1/2 carat or more when new purchase equals or exceeds twice the original purchase price.

Returns and Exchanges

• Refunds are permitted within 30 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition.
• Store credit is permitted within 60 days from date of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.
• No returns after 60 days.
• Returned items without a receipt will be issued store credit only, no refunds.
• Refunds, exchanges or credits are not permitted on special orders, custom jewelry, and sale items.
• A $25.00 service charge will be added to all returned checks.

Repairs

• Quality Gem is not responsible for jewelry or finished repairs left over 30 days.
